Keith Lindsay is Managing Director  of CBRE Hotels Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), a region which spans 15 offices across 14 countries and a team of 130 + hotel experts. In 2015, Keith was promoted to Joint Managing Director for CBRE France to help successfully reposition the French business in 2015/6.
Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Keith co-founded Beacon Hospitality Partners, a global hospitality asset management, advisory and transactional practice. Since the firm's inception in 2007, Beacon Hospitality Partners has advised a global client base on circa 350 assets in more than 26 countries, in excess of  $15 billion worth of hotel investments.
Under his stewardship as a Partner of Beacon Hospitality Partners, Keith was responsible for the strategic growth initiatives of several Dorchester Collection assets along with the renovation and expansion of the Plaza Athénée Paris and the acquisition of the  Hotel Eden in Rome.
During his 26 years in the commercial real estate sector, Keith has  held senior management roles within major global  hospitality and leisure investment and operating companies. Keith began his career working for renowned brands such as Disney, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Accor. He subsequently created and led the Global Hospitality Fund of AIG Global Real Estate in New York.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer of Louvre Hotels, Europe's 2nd biggest  hotel group. Keith  was instrumental  in the successful sale of Louvre Hotels to Starwood Capital following an extensive corporate restructuring  which he initiated and led.
Keith is fluent in French and Spanish.
