Ilan Rudich MHCIMA is Owner of IR Hotels & Resorts (Based in Monaco). His career started in Israel with the development and management of the first luxury resort and multiple use project – the Daniel Hotel in Herzliya. He succeeded in bringing the Sonesta brand into Israel and also facilitated the Tadmor School’s incorporation of hospitality, managerial studies with resulting credentials. As a hotelier and in his formative years, he worked as a managing director of a UK based company, I.G. Generics who initiated Israeli projects in Herzliya and Eilat. Currently and with over thirty-five years professional experience within the hospitality industry, he has successfully managed the development of multiple hotel/resort projects and also for luxury hotel chains in Europe, Israel, Africa and the Americas. Working closely with investors, management companies and developers, he is a highly respected executive within the industry and a regular speaker at international hospitality conferences.
